What are the delivery times?
We strive to deliver to you quickly. However, each light fixture requires special expertise, and we want a perfect result. Delivery times vary depending on your place of residence, as well as demand. In general, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. For more details, please see our delivery page.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Just make sure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with the tags intact. Please see our return policy for more information.
How can I track my order?

Are the light fixtures guaranteed?
All the products offered on our site are new and therefore come with a 2-year warranty.
Why haven't I received my order yet?
Our usual delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. The manufacturing of each light fixture requires special expertise. During events such as promotions or Black Friday, due to high demand, these times may be slightly extended.

I have only received part of my order?
We usually strive to deliver all items at the same time. However, depending on demand and the season, a light fixture may take longer to be delivered. In this case, we will ship the items available in stock first.
Rest assured that we will keep you informed throughout the ordering process and provide you with tracking information for each product so you can follow their arrival.
Normally, the delivery time is about 1 to 2 weeks. However, during sales or promotional periods, some specific products may require slightly longer delivery times.
