What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and very soon the Paypal option. You can choose the option that suits you best during the payment process.

What are the delivery times?

We strive to deliver to you quickly. However, each light fixture requires specific expertise, and we want a perfect finish. Delivery times vary depending on your place of residence, but also on demand. In general, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Just make sure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with tags intact. Please see our return policy for more information.

How can I track my order?

Are the light fixtures guaranteed?

All products offered on our site are new and therefore come with a 2-year warranty.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Our usual delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. The manufacture of each light fixture requires specific expertise. During events such as promotions or Black Friday, due to high demand, these times may be slightly extended.

I only received part of my order?

Usually, we strive to deliver all items at the same time. However, depending on demand and the period, it is possible that a light fixture may take longer to be delivered. In this case, we will ship the available items in stock first.
