Refund policy

At Luxarmonie, we offer a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. EXCHANGES 1.1 Conditions to qualify for an exchange

Your exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging. The clear plastic packaging around the product must not be opened or damaged. Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or version. In case of a product damaged during shipping, provide photographic evidence with your request via email.

Step 1: Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Contact us by email at contact@luxarmonie.com so that we can provide you with the return address according to your country of residence, with the following information:

Step 2: Follow the instructions received by email for returning the product. One of our team members can assist you by phone if needed.

Step 3: Return the product to the indicated address.

Step 4: Upon receipt, we will process your exchange.

1.3 Delay or absence of exchange

In case of delay, check the delivery status and then contact us at contact@luxarmonie.com.

  1. REFUNDS 2.1 Refund Conditions

The request must be made within 30 days. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories. Damaged or incomplete products are not eligible.

2.3 If you have not received your refund

First check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If the refund is still missing, contact us at contact@luxarmonie.com.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

This policy is specific to Luxarmonie and ensures that the return and refund processes are clear and aligned with your unique services.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
