Each light fixture is carefully packed in reinforced cardboard, with custom-molded polystyrene and bubble wrap to absorb shocks at every stage of transport. Fragile parts (glass, crystal, arms) receive special attention. Our breakage rate during delivery is extremely low thanks to this professional packaging.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a real-time tracking link. Your peace of mind is our priority. Each light fixture benefits from reinforced packaging designed to withstand the rigors of transport. If despite our care an incident occurs during delivery, we send you the replacement part immediately at our expense, without delay or discussion.
And if once installed the result does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it to us. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for a full refund.

Yes. If your light fixture doesn't suit you or you change your mind, you have 30 days from receipt to return it to us, provided it is returned in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Luxarmonie, regardless of the reason for the return. We send you a prepaid label โ you just need to drop off the package. No fees will be deducted from your refund.
As soon as we receive your package at our warehouse, the refund is processed within 10 business days. You will be notified by email at each step. Depending on your bank, the credit may appear 2 to 5 additional days after processing on our end.
All our light fixtures are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing or material defects. If your light fixture develops a problem covered by the warranty within this period, we will send an identical replacement or repair the product at no cost to you.
This virtually never happens thanks to our rigorous quality controls before shipping. In the extremely rare event that it does occur, contact us immediately by email or WhatsApp with a photo of the product and your order number. Depending on the situation, we will send you the missing piece or replace the entire light fixture, without delay and at our expense.
