Article 4 — Website Activity
The website https://luxarmonie.com/ is an online boutique specialising in the sale of lighting and interior decorative objects. MT MANAGEMENT markets its products to an international clientele of private individuals and professionals, from partner ateliers and warehouses located in Europe and Asia.
The website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of scheduled interruption for technical maintenance or force majeure. MT MANAGEMENT shall not be held liable for any interruption or unavailability of the service, whatever the cause.
Article 5 — Intellectual Property
5.1 Protected content
All elements constituting the website — texts, articles, product descriptions, photographs, lifestyle imagery, staged compositions, graphics, logo, icons, structure, page architecture, source code — are original creations protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (Articles L111-1 et seq.) and applicable international conventions.
MT MANAGEMENT is the exclusive owner or licensee of all such rights. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction, redistribution or commercial use, in whole or in part, of these contents, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of MT MANAGEMENT.
5.2 Prohibited uses — images and visuals
The following are notably and expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of MT MANAGEMENT:
– The use of product photographs or lifestyle imagery on resale sites, marketplaces, third-party boutiques or social networks for commercial purposes
– The integration of our visual content into third-party marketing, advertising or editorial materials
– Any modification, cropping, retouching or alteration of our original visual creations
– The downloading or screen-capture of our content for purposes of commercial reproduction or distribution
– The copying or scraping of our product descriptions, texts or editorial content
5.3 Sanctions
In accordance with Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, any infringement is punishable by 3 years' imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros. MT MANAGEMENT actively monitors the use of its content and reserves the right to initiate any appropriate legal proceedings without prior notice, including claims for damages.
5.4 Trademark
The denomination "Luxarmonie" constitutes a commercial trademark operated by MT MANAGEMENT SAS. Any unauthorised use of this denomination for commercial purposes may constitute an act of trademark infringement and/or unfair competition.

6.1 Links to third-party websites
The luxarmonie.com website may contain hyperlinks pointing to third-party websites. MT MANAGEMENT exercises no control over these external websites and disclaims all liability with respect to their content, availability, privacy practices or commercial policies. The presence of a link to a third-party website does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of that website by MT MANAGEMENT.
6.2 Links to luxarmonie.com
Any hyperlink pointing to the luxarmonie.com website must be subject to prior authorisation from MT MANAGEMENT, save for links established within a purely informational or non-commercial editorial framework. MT MANAGEMENT reserves the right to request the removal of any link it deems detrimental to its image or contrary to its interests.
Article 7 — Liability
MT MANAGEMENT endeavours to provide information that is as accurate and up-to-date as possible on the luxarmonie.com website. However, the company cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of all information published.
MT MANAGEMENT shall not be held liable for:
– Errors or omissions in the information published on the website
– Temporary or permanent unavailability of the website
– Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website
– Viruses or other malicious programs transmitted via the website or third-party links
– Malfunctions of hyperlinks to third-party websites
MT MANAGEMENT shall not be held liable for damages resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

Article 9 — Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
The lighting products marketed on luxarmonie.com are Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) subject to European Directive 2012/19/EU on WEEE, transposed into French law by Decree No. 2005-829 of 20 July 2005 as amended.
MT MANAGEMENT contributes financially to the collection and recycling of end-of-life lighting products through an approved eco-organisation. Products bearing the crossed-out wheelie-bin symbol must not be disposed of with ordinary household waste. They must be deposited at an authorised waste collection facility, an approved WEEE collection point, or returned to a distributor upon purchase of a similar new product.
Article 10 — General Product Safety
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on general product safety (GPSR), which entered into force on 13 December 2024, MT MANAGEMENT undertakes to market only products that are safe within the meaning of this regulation.
In this respect, MT MANAGEMENT implements the following obligations:
– Risk assessment of products marketed on luxarmonie.com prior to their being put on sale
– Product traceability enabling the identification of suppliers and manufacturers
– Implementation of recall or withdrawal procedures should a product be found to present a risk to user safety
– Notification of the competent authorities (DGCCRF) in the event of a serious safety incident
In the event of any doubt regarding the safety of a product received or observed during use, please contact our customer service department immediately at contact@luxarmonie.com. MT MANAGEMENT will treat any safety report as a priority.
Failure to comply with this regulation may result in penalties of up to 600 000 € or 10 % of annual turnover.
Article 11 — Digital Transparency and Regulation (DSA / SREN Law)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a single market for digital services (DSA — Digital Services Act), applicable since 17 February 2024, and French Law No. 2024-449 of 21 May 2024 aimed at securing and regulating the digital space (SREN), MT MANAGEMENT complies with the transparency obligations applicable to online platforms.
Luxarmonie is a mid-sized online boutique not subject to the enhanced obligations reserved for very large platforms (over 45 million active users). Nevertheless, MT MANAGEMENT complies with the basic obligations of the DSA, including:
– Clear identification of the publisher and the Publication Director
– Transparency regarding advertising practices and targeting (see Privacy Policy)
– No targeted advertising based on sensitive data
– No targeted advertising directed at minors

Recourse to the mediator is free of charge for the consumer. Prior to referring a matter to the mediator, the customer must have first contacted the Luxarmonie customer service department in writing (by email to contact@luxarmonie.com) and must not have received a satisfactory response within a period of 60 days.
Article 13 — Credits and Ownership of Visual Content
All photographs, product imagery, lifestyle visuals and graphic content published on the luxarmonie.com website are:
– Either original creations that are the exclusive property of MT MANAGEMENT SAS
– Or product visuals supplied by our partner ateliers and suppliers, used under commercial licence
– Or images acquired from image banks under commercial licence
No third-party visual content protected by copyright is used without authorisation. Any use of the website's visuals without prior written authorisation from MT MANAGEMENT constitutes a copyright infringement liable to engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.
