Delivery is completely free, with no minimum purchase and regardless of your destination. No additional fees will be added at checkout.

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a real-time tracking link. You can check the progress of your delivery at any time from your customer account.

No need to worry—this is completely normal. Depending on your delivery country and the size of your light fixture, a manufacturing and preparation lead time may apply before dispatch.

Your tracking number is sent to you automatically by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouses, usually a few days before delivery. If you don’t see an active tracking update yet, it means your order is still being prepared—it has been received and is being processed.

If your tracking hasn’t changed for more than 7 business days after the estimated delivery date shown in your order confirmation, feel free to contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number.

Your peace of mind is our priority. If, despite our care, an issue occurs during delivery, we will send you the replacement part immediately at our expense, without delay and without question.

And if, once installed, the result does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it to us. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for a full refund.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change your delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible by email or via WhatsApp, providing your order number and the new address — we will do our best to make the change before shipment.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, unfortunately we can no longer make changes to the delivery address.

Start by checking with your neighbors, your concierge, or your mailbox — the carrier sometimes drops off the parcel without leaving a delivery notice.

If the parcel is still nowhere to be found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by email or via WhatsApp with your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and find a quick solution.

Yes. You have 30 days from the date you receive it to return it to us, as long as the product is in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns are completely free: we provide a prepaid label. You’ll receive a full refund, with no hidden fees.

All our lighting fixtures are covered by a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing or material defect. If your lighting fixture has a problem covered by the warranty within this period, we will send an identical replacement lighting fixture at no cost to you.

You have 24 hours after your order is confirmed to request a cancellation. After this period, the order moves into preparation and can no longer be cancelled.
