Each light fixture is carefully packed in reinforced cardboard, with custom-molded polystyrene and bubble wrap to absorb shocks at every stage of transport. All our light fixtures are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing or material defects. If your light fixture develops a problem covered by the warranty within this period, we will send an identical replacement or repair the product at no cost to you.

In the extremely rare event that it does occur, contact us immediately by email or WhatsApp with a photo of the product and your order number. Depending on the situation, we will send you the missing piece or replace the entire light fixture, without delay and at our expense.

No. When the light fixture comes with bulbs, we exclusively select premium LED bulbs: low energy consumption, long lifespan, and warm, high-quality light output. You benefit from stylish and efficient lighting without any significant impact on your electricity bill.

Generally, we recommend a minimum ceiling height of 2.40 m (8 ft). The ideal hanging height is between 2.10 m and 2.30 m (7–7.5 ft) from the floor to the bottom of the fixture. For rooms with high ceilings (3 m/10 ft and above), the chandelier can be lowered further for a more enveloping effect. Dimensions and available cable length are specified in the technical sheet.

Add the length and width of your room in meters, then multiply by 8. This gives you the recommended diameter in centimeters. Example: a 4 m × 5 m living room → (4+5) × 8 = 72 cm. For a chandelier above a table: its diameter should be at least 30 cm less than the width of your table. Allow 60 to 90 cm between the bottom of the chandelier and the tabletop.

It depends on the model. Some chandeliers arrive fully assembled, others are delivered as a kit for easier shipping. In both cases, an illustrated instruction manual is included in each package.

For lighter chandeliers, installation is straightforward for any beginner. For larger chandeliers, we recommend hiring an electrician. Installation instructions are included in the package.

All our chandeliers comply with current mounting standards. If your installation is unusual (suspended ceiling, drywall, old structure), please contact us before purchasing.
