Each light fixture is carefully packed in reinforced cardboard, with custom-molded polystyrene and bubble wrap to absorb shocks at every stage of transport. Fragile parts (glass, crystal, arms) receive special attention. Our breakage rate during delivery is extremely low thanks to this professional packaging.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a real-time tracking link. As soon as we receive your package at our warehouse, the refund is processed within 10 business days. You will be notified by email at each step. Depending on your bank, the credit may appear 2 to 5 additional days after processing on our end.
All our light fixtures are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing or material defects. If your light fixture develops a problem covered by the warranty within this period, we will send an identical replacement or repair the product at no cost to you.

In the extremely rare event that it does occur, contact us immediately by email or WhatsApp with a photo of the product and your order number. Depending on the situation, we will send you the missing piece or replace the entire light fixture, without delay and at our expense.
