What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and soon Paypal. You can choose the option that suits you best during the payment process.

What are the delivery times?

We strive to deliver quickly. But every luminaire requires its own special know-how, and we want to achieve a perfect finish. Delivery times vary depending on where you live, but also on demand. In general, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 working days. For more details, please see our delivery page.

Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Just make sure the item is in its original condition, unused and with the tags intact. Please see our returns policy for more information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. This will enable you to track your package in real time. If you have any further questions about tracking your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Are the light fixtures guaranteed?

All products offered on our site are brand new and come with a 2-year warranty.

Why haven't I received my order yet?
Our usual delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. The production of each light fixture requires special expertise. During events such as promotions or Black Friday, due to high demand, these times may be slightly extended.

I have only received part of my order?
Usually, we strive to ship all items at the same time. However, depending on demand and timing, some light fixtures may take longer to be delivered. In this case, we will ship the items available in stock first.
Rest assured that we will keep you informed throughout the ordering process and provide tracking information for each product so you can follow their arrival.
Typically, the delivery time is around 1 to 2 weeks. However, during sale or promotion periods, certain specific products may require slightly longer delivery times.
